The work,
plainly.
Most jobs I can do in your driveway. If it needs a hoist or a wheel aligner, I'll say so and point you to someone who's got one.
Logbook servicing
Done to the manufacturer's schedule and stamped, so a new car under warranty stays covered.
Mechanical repairs
Engine, cooling, driveline, brakes, suspension and steering.
Diagnostics
Scan tool and live data, so we find what's actually wrong instead of guessing.
Brakes and suspension
Pads, rotors, drums, hoses and fluid. I write down every measurement.
Batteries and electrical
Load testing, charging faults, hard starting, and 12 or 24 volt systems.
Pre-purchase inspections
Before you buy. A written report on what it needs now, and what it'll want doing soon.
Fleet servicing
Servicing planned around how you actually use the vehicles.
Diesel and emissions
Particulate filters, EGR and common rail. Looked after properly instead of replaced.
Safety inspections
If something's unsafe you get it in writing, whether or not I'm the one who fixes it.
